I replace the battery now swiping won't open the tab 2 10.1 WHY.

Check that all ribbon cables are properly inserted. There could be something loose, or worse, damage to the panel.

What are each ribbon for

In this picture, the touchscreen flex cable is at the center. When fully inserted, the line on the cable should be aligned with the one on mainboard, otherwise it's not seated properly. In the picture, it's already disconnected
