Anyone have any issues with this setup? Mine worked for 4 days until last Tuesday and since then if go to Chat in settings it just keeps asking me to verify my number...I have talked to Samsung and T-Mobile. T-Mobile called and left me a message (bad accent...at least to my southern ears ;) so only understood 1/2 of the message). Basically it sounded like she said was not compatible with 5G unless was stand alone? Does that mean we have to wait for update to get SA...I assumed we had, and why did RCS work first 4 days? I have done all of the usual, delete app, force quit, clear data, cache..reset network settings..

Hmm I don't have any issues with RCS (Google messages) on my S21 Ultra unlocked on TMobile.

Set up when I received the phone couple of weeks back and just tested and RCS still works fine on Google messages.

So if you go to settings>Chat it says "Connected"? Weird, mine is stuck on verify number. If I click verify and look later it is back to verify again..never connects.

I'm having this issue on my Note 20 Ultra using Verizon. S21 Ultra on T-Mobile rcs is working fine, but using Samsung messaging for that one.

Yeah RCS on Samsung works but all my group messages have "Subject:NoSubject" above EVERY text...

Yeah have done a 100 times as well as uninstalling, trying beta versions, etc.
I get that when I switch between Google messages and Samsung then back to Google and I just force stop.and it gets it going

Yeah that is what possibly may have started mine (trying samsung messages) but can't get back...just tried force quit again.

Have you tried turning of "rcs" on Samsung Messages before going back to Google messages?

I have been stuck with this issue for about a week. I manually type in my number and its stays stuck on this screen. I've tried the following: Clear all app data, uninstall app, re-install app, I installed Google's carrier services app(as recommended on the Google Messages support thread that's going on), I've tried leaving chat features off for a day and using the app like normal and then try to enable RCS again. NONE, of those have worked for me. I'm at a loss, I don't know what else to try. It's very annoying, to say the least.

Edit: I'm on a Verizon locked S21 Ultra.

Nope, I still haven't gotten it to work. And yea, about last tuesday is when I realized that RCS was no longer enabled. I've been trying to get my number to "verify" since then.
