They do! You can back them up in Samsung Cloud and restore them on the new phone. Alternatively, you could just connect your USB cable between phones (using the included USB-A to USB-C adapter) and transfer everything with Smart Switch.

I preordered on the morning of August 8th. If you haven't already, create an account for myups.com and you'll see the tracking number there before you'll receive a confirmation email from tmobile.

I already have an UPS account, but where exactly i can check this? Is this only visible in a UPS mobile app or something?

Actually never mind, i figured out i have downloaded the UPS app and inside the app there is a Tracking Number from T Mobile shipment So you can see this only in a mobile app.
