I also just checked my EIP page, my Note 10+ says active shipped too!

No worries, I got a text and a email today saying that I should have it by tomorrow in the evening so this will be great!

Anyone getting updates from T-Mobile yet, or just UPS?

I received a text and email confirmation from tmobile just a moment ago after the UPS tracking updated with am origin scan.

Thank you for that! I don't have access to MyUPS (shipping to my office, rather than house) so this whole T-Mobile app "Order is Processing" status is killing me!

I didn't order through Tmobile, but mine is also in process and making me nuts.

Same probably. I literally ordered within the first minutes that pre-orders opened up, yet my order is still listed as "processing." Only movement was my card being charged a few days ago.

I used to think pre-orders were mostly pointless, and I'm coming back around to that again. They're only ever worth it when they come with some nice extras. I don't think the Samsung credit this time was worth not getting the phone early at all, and possibly not even getting the phone by launch day.

I generally prefer walking into a store and buying my item to ordering online and having it shipped anyway.

I do too, but when the note 9 came out, I got the 512 gb version and no store in my area had one and if they did, it was black not blue I think and since they don't offer more for a trade in, I just went with the base 256 this time.

Ah, yeah I didn't do a pre-order with the Note9. Bought it in-store easy peasy. I did do one with the S10, however (mostly for the Galaxy Buds), and went with the 512GB model. I thought for that reason there's a chance my order would be delayed. But no, it arrived early.

I went with the base model in Aura Glow for the Note10. I would say maybe if it's the most popular model and there isn't enough stock, some orders could be delayed. But I ordered mine minutes into the pre-order window so there'd be no excuse for not having stock.

Maybe I'll be getting a text/email at some point today like others already have. When did you pre-order?

I still didn't receive any email from T Mobile. But i can see the package has a Origin scan today at noon & also i can see my Phone with IMEI on my T Mo Account. So the package is set to be delivered for tomorrow

Yea this makes no sense, both of the times I preordered, I do so almost a day after others, and I've seen movement before those who ordered seconds after preorder launch

That seems to happen every year. Supposedly they load up pallets of phones to be shipped and scan them in batches. It isn't a literal first order/first ship basis... but as long as you order before the inventory goes into backorder, the phone should ship at the same general time as others.

I pre-ordered an hour after it opened. I ordered 2 Note 10+s. I have a tracking number for only 1 on the UPS app but the T-Mobile app says still being processed. When I go to my EIP page it shows both new phones with the IMEI numbers and says Active-Shipped. But no confirmation text from T-Mobile yet and the 1 I have a tracking number for still doesn't have the orgin scan yet. Lol. I also have regular Ground shipping.
