I pre-ordered my last 2 phones from Samsung both came fedex

I went with glow and after seeing it 8n person I'm glad I did. It's pretty sweet. Plus I wanted a change from black.

It's definitely a looker when it hits the light just right. I'm so glad Samsung stepped out the box this time and offered a truly unique color to the note line.

Haha, I thought the same thing and I was very sure to check my order on MyTMobile.com after the fact. Definitely got the S10+, not the S10.

You'll want to make sure you put in that request via My UPS as soon as you get a tracking number. I once made the mistake of doing this a day before delivery, and the delivery was delayed a full day.

I'm gonna have to get my delivery changed to the house I'm staying at in Tennessee for the week when the phone is released. I won't be able to enjoy my vacation knowing my phone is sitting at my house while I'm 8 hours away.

Haha, that would sound more like a living hell than a vacation.

I went on two vacations and two work trips during July (well, one was a combined work/vacation trip). Very glad that the Note release was in August. Like you say, being away when you know your new phone is at home is no good.

Good question. I'm going with Aura Glow... I forgot which YouTube review it was, but the guy said (paraphrasing) "if your'e worried about it being too extra, it's not as colorful as in the promo and media shots. It's more of a reflective silver finish."

I love my Prism White S10, nicest phone I've ever owned, maybe. But the white on the Note 10 doesn't have that same light refracting, orange-and-blue effect of the prism white. It's just a plain white. So I wanna see what that Aura Glow is like.

That's basically what I thought of the Glow too.. a more extreme Prism White. I think that Prism White is a perfect balance of not too flashy, but still a head-turner. I've gotten more compliments on that phone than any other since my Lumia 920 like seven years ago. That shiny, polished metal trim really helps the Prism White to pop in the right ways.

I think that Prism White S10 was the most excited for a phone I've been in a long, long time. And I've had a bunch of them thanks to Jump On Demand. So waiting for my Note 10 was never gonna quite measure up to the anticipation of the S10 for me, but I think the low hype will bode well once it's finally here.

Yeah I am leaving for eastern Europe on the 22nd and wont be back until the 28th . I know I should be happy but still.. lol

You might have the phone in hand before you leave. The last 3 devices I received Wed or Thursday before the Friday release date.

Did anyone else got this same deal? $89.99 down for 256GB Note 10+ on JOD upgrade? I just ordered mine last night and they said as per the T Mobile policy everyone on JOD upgrade has to pay $199.99 down for Note 10+ 256 GB Am i missing something? Do i have to call the customer care and have them adjust this on my pre order?

Note: I have been with T Mobile for 6 years as a well qualified user.

How did you order the phone? Did you call? Tweeter? I called Tmobile and I was told it was $199 down, when I mentioned that I had a "friend" that paid $89 i was told that if i can give them more information on that account they will look into it if they can do the same for me they will do it. Do you have the name of the rep who helped you? I appreciate any info that you can give me because I don't think it is a good deal to pay $199 for JOD

I fought with Twitter help all day and finally got a bill credit for half of the $190 I paid. Not sure when it switched to $199 down must have been Saturday because I think it was $179 when I ordered.
