I agree. Samsung would have never released a smaller Note without significant market research. The bloggers and most reviewers are dismissing it. But I think the sales of the smaller Note is higher than some are speculating. People who frequent this site and similar tech pages will go for the Note+. But for the average consumer, the Note might be just as popular as the + model.

Yeah, I agree. Most on here will get the Plus. The Verge's review, along with Joshua Vergara and one other that currently escapes me all mentioned preferring the smaller version. But yes, the average reviewer simply goes by spec sheets and will be pushing the Plus.

To each their own, but I'm super excited about having a Note that's perfect for full-time one-handability (except when using the S-Pen of course) for the first time since the Note7.

I got the 10+ but specifically avoided the Auro Glow due to potential back order issues. I ended up with white but kind of wishing I had gone Aura Glow.

If the white was similar to the S10's Prism White, I'd say you won't regret your choice at all. I have the regular S10, Prism White, 512GB and I haven't received this many compliments on a phone's aesthetics since my yellow Lumia 920 in 2012.

Unfortunately the Note10's white seems to just be a true, plain white. Regardless, it's an elegant choice and you're going to love how that polished metal chassis compliments the color.

I got a departure scan at 3:45 Louisville time today, with delivery still scheduled for tomorrow between noon and 4 pm. I already ordered a Spigen case and screen protector which arrived last week. So I think I'm good to go!

Everyone remember to back up your data and decrypt your micro SD cards.

UPS is estimating a delivery time of 3 PM. Anyone have an idea of how accurate that may be? I don't see a time range on there, just that 3 PM estimate.

In my experience it varies a lot. I've had noon deliveries and 5 pm deliveries, all when it said noon to 4. But I've never done the 2 hour window. So if you did that, then ignore me.

I have no idea what I did lol. When I check the tracking number in UPS MyChoice it says this:

"Estimated Time

3:00 P.M. (End of Day for Residential)"

Sounds like I should be ready for it to arrive at anytime though. Thanks for the info.

The UPS center which is a main hub is 10 minutes from me I chose to have it stay there and I'll pick it up when they open instead of waiting all day, for some reason UPS always gets to my house late everytime

I think people are under-estimating how popular the smaller Note will be. Several reviewers have already said they prefer it. In that regard I'm not surprised they're now back-ordered. Wouldn't surprise me if sales are about 50-50 between the Note10 and the Note10 Plus.

I don't see that happening with the removal of the the sd card slot, the removal of the headphone jack, the smaller battery.....truly the Note 9 is a better buy than the regular Note 10.

$89.99 is the down payment for the note 10+ IF you are well qualified (good payment history with tmobile, customer for at least 3 years, and credit score may also come into play) and you are buying the phone on JOD! lease. I checked and my order confirmation documents showed $89.99 and 256Gb NOTE 10+.

I was just able to get a $110 bill credit since I had accepted and paid $199 for my JoD Note 10+ Aura White 256 earlier today in-store even though I've been with TM for more than 10 years, have 10 lines, have been on autopay forever (so payment has never been late) and have an excellent credit score. It pays to check in on these threads from time to time lol.

I used to have that too, never had to worry about missing the delivery. I just moved into a condo now though and there is no package concierge. I'll have to be quick with lunch, and look out for that UPS truck!

But you run into the same problem with the Note9... it's gigantic. Fitting a more conventional-sized Note for the first time since the Note7 has become a feature. In fact, I wonder if they went bigger after the 7 because of the battery issue.

I really think that in 2019, it's a minority of flagship-purchasing consumers that are bothered by the lack of a headphone jack and no micro-SD. Are they nice to have? Sure, but certainly not deal-breakers for most. 256GB is plenty, and wired headphones (USB-C) are packaged in the box.

Mines shipped out 8/20 as well and I also have regular Ground delivery and my delivery is scheduled for Thursday.
