T mobile s3 t999 wont get 4g after root

I just rooted my t mobile s3 t999 and now it wont switch off edge2 network tried everything first i had to put in my imei after it somehow wasnt there. I made a call to tmobile and everything is good on there end also got a new sim unrooted and used odin to flash stock roms still no luck. Has anoyone had this problem . My flash counter say 8 is that too many and or does that mean i still have some rooted files witch is stoping me from geting 4g. Any help would be great .......

Try downloading a new modem. That help me with my issue.
