I think the reason for the frustrations is not necessarily that we are not getting them early or as early, which would be nice. The problem is we had shipping info sent, then tmobile orders say shipped and it looks like something changed over the weekend and tmobile put a stop to the shipping. I may be way off, but it looked like they were going to be sent out on monday. Everything that we had happen friday and Saturday indicate that. If they wouldn't have charged cards and sent out shipping numbers until today, I don't think everyone would be so irritated with the process.
