Bonjour,
Comme mentionné dans le titre, depuis quelques mois, lorsque je prends un appel avec mon Galaxy S22 (One UI 7.0/Android 15), le volume passe automatiquement à 100 %, ce qui est vraiment embêtant sur le moment, car je me fais avoir à chaque fois, et ça me donne mal à la tête ! Le problème était déjà présent avec One UI 6.1 et Android 14.
J'ai essayé avec et sans mode économie d'énergie, mais cela ne change rien.
J'ai également configuré un mode dans « Modes et Routines » (voir capture d'écran), mais il n'est pas respecté, que ce soit pour le volume des appels ou la sonnerie. Lorsque je reçois un appel, il n'y a pas de sonnerie, seulement des vibrations et l'écran s'allume.

Quelques informations :
Si je baisse le volume au maximum quelques secondes avant de raccrocher, j'ai le temps de voir la jauge de volume d'appel remonter à 50%, comme demandé dans les paramètres du mode "Jour".

I just ran the test below:
I place my S22 in front of me on my desk, without any accessories plugged in or connected.
Before each test, I call on my second smartphone to lower the call volume.

Test 1:
I used my S22 to make a call.
Result: Even before the person picked up, my call volume had already increased to 100%.

Test 2:
I used my S22 to receive a call.
Result: When I picked up, my call volume was also at 100%.

Si vous utilisez l'application Samsung par défaut, vous pouvez la configurer pour répondre par haut-parleur.

Dans les paramètres du téléphone, puis dans « Répondre et terminer les appels », vous trouverez l'option « Répondre par haut-parleur

If you're using the stock Samsung phone app you can set it to answer by speaker.

If you go to the phone settings and then 'Answering and ending calls', there is an option to 'Answer using speaker'.

I just tested it using Sizzers' 'Answer using speaker' procedure. Indeed, with this method, when I answer the call, the 50% call volume is respected. I tried again after changing the mode, this time with a call volume setting of 25%, and it works too.
So how can I answer a call normally, without this option, with the call volume I configured in "Fashion and routine"?

Is it possible that you have enabled an Accessibility feature for the hearing impaired that is increasing the volume when you answer? I do not see one specific to this, but I am not familiar with every Accessibility setting so, just check that they are all off or the ones you do not want are off.

Another possibility is a different app is causing this. To test this put the phone in Safe Mode and test the reaction of an incoming call. If the call is normal, the volume remains the same, then it points to a different app causing the issue. If the volume increases the way you have described it could point to a system or device issue.
To enter Safe Mode, hold the power button until the 4 options appear>press and hold Power down until the option to enter Safe Mode appears>tap this and wait for the phone to restart. To exit safe mode simply restart the phone.

Let us know what you find and we can proceed from that point.

Est-ce que c’est possible que tu aies activé une fonctionnalité d’accessibilité pour les malentendants, qui augmente le volume quand tu réponds ? Je ne vois rien de spécifique à ça, mais je ne connais pas tous les réglages d’accessibilité, donc vérifie juste que tout est bien désactivé, ou du moins ceux que tu ne veux pas utiliser.


Une autre possibilité, c’est qu’une autre appli soit à l’origine du problème. Pour tester ça, mets ton téléphone en mode sans échec et vois comment il réagit quand tu reçois un appel. Si l’appel se passe normalement et que le volume reste stable, ça veut dire qu’une appli est probablement en cause. Mais si le volume augmente comme tu l’as décrit, ça pourrait venir du système ou de l’appareil lui-même.


Pour passer en mode sans échec, maintiens le bouton d’alimentation enfoncé jusqu’à ce que les 4 options s’affichent > appuie longuement sur « Éteindre » jusqu’à ce que l’option « Mode sans échec » apparaisse > appuie dessus et attends que le téléphone redémarre. Pour quitter le mode sans échec, redémarre simplement le téléphone.
