I tried to power off or restart the watch by tapping the check mark in setting, but it doesn't respond. What should I do?

My settings option works ok, but you can also turn it off by pushing the power button on the back (in the 3 o'clock position).

Thank you very much. I have tried it but it didn't work. I guess I need to upgrade it to ZenWatch 2. :-)

Sounds like the software is locked somehow. I would let the battery go completely flat and then see if recharging kick starts it.

That's exactly what I'm doing right now. I'll see wait and see how it turns out. Thanks!

After I had drained the battery and then recharged it, that check mark still didn't respond. I believe it is a hardware problem: there is something wrong under the right side of the lower half of the watch face where the check mark resides. Time for me to find a replacement... Thanks!

I'd contact Asus support just to see what they will say if you really think it's hardware... Couldn't hurt.
