The DVD to DROID Converter is now available.

Click camera icon, slider to video mode, hard menu button, "Gallery".

Thank you,

Mine didnt show up there, I think because I actually created a file for my downloads on the sd card. I will try the OI file manager.

thanks again

Sorry, I thought you were asking about a video you recorded with the phone.

To navigate your folders try: Astro

Does this program convert to MP4? Is there a native movie type or player on the Droid/Android?

Thanks in advance

edit: found answers to some of my questions in posts above (stupid iPod touch-- couldn't see the other 6pgs of posts)

Well to answer my own question above... This program works awesome EVEN with the droid X. I copied a movie within 30 minutes but my pc is pretty good so times will change "as will length of movies". Check it out guys, working good.

Well, this program was great, and I was also able to pull all the other movies off my hard drive that I had used a DVD to iPod converter with and put them right on my Droid too.

One question though, is there a way to label them or insert a DVD covert art image to the file? It's really hard to tell what movie is what by the random screen captures.

Ideally I'd like to modify the file somehow and not have to download another app, but any and all sugestions would be great. Thanks.

I've been working on the same thing. If I find anything I'll post.

O.g. Droid only? Or can I change the screen resolution settings to work with my Droid X? Or will it do that automatically??
:-)

*EDIT*

Clicked the link. Bummed to find it only does Milestone and O.G. Droid :-(
I'll try it for my O.G. though and give you feedback. Thanks for making it free.
