From what I've read. All samsung would do is replace the battery in your existing phone and send it back to you. Could be wrong though

Luckily I got an S7 as a backup but what about all the other people? not enough loaner phones to go around from the carriers.

I love several things about this phone, on the other hand several things bug me. If they do a recall I will probably be going back to iPhone.

sorta makes a few scratches on the screen not seem so bad by comparison to an "explosion right there on my kitchen counter".... But personally, the two scenerios are equivalent, really, cuz either way, 1st scratch on any phone's screen of mine, the phone has to "pack its bags" and find another home..might as well blow up...but that's just me...lol

I think I would stick with the Note, but it's mighty tempting to at least wait and see what Apple comes up with, maybe they have a surprise up their sleeve (but doubtful).

Plus, I really appreciate Samsung throwing in all these freebies and being honest and quick with the recall (at least so far). They've earned my business up to this point. Plus, I've spent so much on accessories already, my Gear S2 arrives tomorrow :/

I'm keeping this phone recall or not. I'm getting the best battery life of any phone I've ever used. I love everything about it. Nope, I'm keeping it.

I have no clue how my date can be right. in says MADE IN CHINA and the DATE AUGUST 19th 2016 so it was like made then shipped to me a few days later from sprint. How the heck is this possible and Made in China? is that good or bad lol.

Me, 99.9% wireless. Only used the wall charger the first time I charged the phone.

I am using wireless

If there is an issue with US phones, I'm thinking that return frame will not be just 14 days
