I just got my 3.1 update. Wi-Fi only Xoom purchased at Costco (bay area, Calif.) on March 28. The notification that an update is waiting just pop up while I was surfing the net about 15 minutes ago.

JUST got the update

I bought my xoom from a Verizon store in northern illinois on February 25th on a 2-yr contract.

Just booting up now after updating.

literally just happened a second ago, wifi model in the Caribbean (bought in the states). I had done the date thing like 20 minutes ago, nothing, and just now took it out of sleep to see the message. Hold on brothers, I know your pain.

The app is there just your link is messed up. Remove the old link and replace with new one...

Got mine about 30 min ago. Kept forcing a check all day, but decided to do a reboot and there it was.

Had the missing movie studio issue as well. Found this on xda forum
Settings>Applications>Manage Applications>All>Google Partner Setup and click on "Clear Data." Shut down your Xoom and turn it back on and you should be good to go.

This worked for me but the shortcut on the desktop was still bad, so had to create a new one from the apps drawer.

Love the new update. Great speed increase, loads list of apps a lot faster. Love the new market, can't wait for devs to update their widgets to make them resize-able.

Bought my xoom launch day. Got the update at 11:55pm. Ridiculous that it took so long.

I left mine powered on and plugged in! Make sure it sits plugged in, as the update won't happen if your battery is too low!

u dont have to worry about that...it will ask for permission to proceed...not do it automatically

Europe Germany here. Just got the update this morning.
Us xoom here ordered via amazon.com.
Only thing different from the days before was that I registered my xoom's Mac ID on motorolas support page yesterday evening. I've the feeling that helped.

Wifi OTA just came in

Just got home and the OTA notification was there. Updating now. Wifi only Xoom purchased on first day of availability from Staples. Can't remember the exact date. For some reason I always seem to have good luck with OTAs

I bought my Verizon Xoom on day one, no data plan, stock, not rooted and I live in Canada. Received the update today, May 13th at 11pm pacific time.
Went smooth, loving my Xoom
