The Jelly Bean OTA update is complete.

Just want to say this generally:

Welcome to Jelly Bean. Enjoy the most advanced mobile OS out there currently!

Is there a way to root after the OTA? I tried a couple toolkits but they obviously dont have the new android version to select.

I used WUG's Nexus toolkit to root the update just choose custom rom JB as your Android version... worked like a charm for me

I'm still in disbelief on how smooth everything has gotten. The recent apps button is instant now. I'm sure you guys remember how slow that thing could be. Not to mention Google Now and the expanded notifications!!! :D:D:D

Jellybean is great. Super smooth and buttery. The animations are beautiful. I seemed to have some studded at the beginning but it stopped quickly. Everything is smooth now.

I have been mashing the update and talked to sprint Google and samsung and still nothing. :(

It took me 16 tries in a row to do it....but it does work! :D

No. I didn't even do that.

Cleared data in Google Services Framework
Force Stopped Google Services Framework
Checked System Update

Repeat.

I did this ten or fifteen times before I got it to work, but I finally got it. It is so freakin fast it's unreal.

My favorite thing I have found so far is that it finally lets you clear that damned "frequently called" list in the phone menu! The only thing I actually detested is finally gone :-)

I just got my nexus to update after I restarted from a dead battery. It took three tries with the frame work services.

Re: The Jelly Bean OTA update has started. Post yours here.

Hello folks, this is my first post. Yay!

Here is the update link: http://android.clients.google.com/packages/ota/samsung_proxima_toroplus_sprint/7ebe470d64e7.update_mysidspr_FG01_to_FH05.zip

You can force the update by Force Stopping and Clearing Data on the Google Services Framework. The "last checked for update" should show the last update check taking place in 1969 if you did it right.

Anyways, enjoy!

You sir, are incredible...
