Is there a way to root after the OTA? I tried a couple toolkits but they obviously dont have the new android version to select.
I'm on the east coast of MaASSas. The border Hoadly Road has some dead spots.
I guess I'll just have to keep mashing the check updates button. This is making me sad.
No. I didn't even do that.
Cleared data in Google Services Framework
Force Stopped Google Services Framework
Checked System Update
Repeat.
I knew the Force is strong with this one.It took me 16 tries in a row to do it....but it does work!![]()
I did this ten or fifteen times before I got it to work, but I finally got it. It is so freakin fast it's unreal.
My favorite thing I have found so far is that it finally lets you clear that damned "frequently called" list in the phone menu! The only thing I actually detested is finally gone![]()

Hello folks, this is my first post. Yay!
Here is the update link: http://android.clients.google.com/packages/ota/samsung_proxima_toroplus_sprint/7ebe470d64e7.update_mysidspr_FG01_to_FH05.zip
You can force the update by Force Stopping and Clearing Data on the Google Services Framework. The "last checked for update" should show the last update check taking place in 1969 if you did it right.
Anyways, enjoy!
