The LG G3 has arrived :-)

Re: Who is keeping the G3? or Selling to aquire the Note 4?

Since the specs and design is still unconfirmed, this question shouldn't be answered by anyone unless they are already set on buying the Note 4.

Hard to compare two things when you only have one available.

Re: Who is keeping the G3? or Selling to aquire the Note 4?

The reason why I love the Note series back then was the size but now that Super Phones are in the 5"+ range the advantage is gone. Sure, I miss the S-Pen but it's not enough.

Note 2 was my favourite, I loved it so much I bought two (black & white). I used one as my daily driver and the other as an "iPod." Why can't Samsung go back and trim the Note 4 to 5.5" again because this is the problem I had with the Note 3.

Re: G3 Home screens

Update. Shorter navigation bar, smaller icons, removed labels, tweaked status bar. Still super clean.

Well you can speculate that it will have the quad HD and more than likely the 805 SOC and atleast 3gb ram so comparison on specs atleast you can.

How it performs well obvious that can't be answered until the Note 4 is released and reviewed.

Its speculative as to has the recent leaks or general interest swaying any decisions.

As I suspect many will be more than happy with the G3 its one fantastic device :-)

Yes, but you can say that about basically every new flagship that is coming. Those are all expected specs. What should make the difference is screen size, design, and added features (knock code, active notifications, battery saving technology, etc).

These are things that have not been released yet.

Galaxy S3 was one of the worst phones I ever bought. No matter what I did

I owned galaxy s 1-4 and note 1-2. They were some of the most bug free well performing devices I have owned. If they had a 32 GB S5, I would probably have it too. The note 3 was too large for my taste not to mention all the features of touchwiz, I just lost interest.

G3 all the way. Better reception and awesome options. I'll never buy another Samsung again.

I can safely say i am staying with the G3. I wanted to move away from samsung this time. Don't get me wrong I loved my S3 but I had that since launch and wanted something different. i'm sure I'll get to play with the Note 4 because a friend of mine is all about the Note series.

Re: Who is keeping the G3? or Selling to aquire the Note 4?

Like myself I wanted to move away from Samsung and the device that drew me away was the Nexus 5.

Since then I have moved to Sony with the Z2 which I like alot and the G3 to which is really impressive :-)

There is that interest as I liked the Note 3 and the Note 4 has got my interest.

But it will be short term and will enable me to purchase the G4.

Then I will try and tame this tech addiction lol

All my phones, N5, Lumia 1020, G3, are staying with me whether or not I go for the Note 4. I've never owned a Samsung but see that several posters here don't like...do they give more trouble than other manufacturers' devices or what?

Samsung has a lot of bloatware and sub-par radios. You can't go wrong with LG or Moto.

No Samsung and no apple. With all the g3 has it should be fine for a couple of years. There will always be a new phone just around the corner. Only thing I would consider is an all touch BlackBerry 5 inch plus(not the z30) or a BB10os downloadable to the g3

I said that at every flagship Samsung has released especially the S series but being an addict I bought the S3, S4 and S5, which finally won me over.

At 5.7", as much as I love the Note series it has finally pushed its limits. I sold my Note 3 because of it.

If I do end up buying the Note 4 I think I have to check myself in. LOL
