The Nexus 6 isn't as big as you guys think.!

Probably them ultra skinny pants which restrict blood flow, they usually have smaller pockets than the standard straight fit jeans

Or, ya know, pants that look good on them. I don't wear skinny jeans, but I'm a thin person and I've never looked good in loose fitting jeans. Slim-fitting jeans are my go-to, and I don't plan on buying new pants that I like less just because no Android manufacturer out there wants to make a reasonably-sized device. I'm still baffled by this new direction that the Nexus line is taking. I just can't see who can look at a 6" phone and find it practical. Maybe I'll take that back in a year, but I found the LG G3 to be the absolute largest I'll ever go with a phone (and even then, it was a little uncomfortable) and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

LG G2 is the perfect size phone and screen (for me). Like the battery in the Nexus 6. Deciding between the Moto X and Nexus 6!

We all have our requirements, but why not use 2 hands?
That's why I bought the note 3. Bigger battery and bigger screen then my nexus 5 which battery a was sub par Imo. Got the note 4 but might want to see if I can return it and pre order the nexus 6 at t-mobile

I made a mock up of the Nexus 6 using cardboard from a six pack of German beer my dad swears by lol. I used the dimensions of the official phone. I have to say that it's really not bad. If I do buy this phone it will definitely replace my tablet.

(Sorry about the images being at a 90 degree angle my tablet is always doing that for some reason)

I don't find it puzzling. I don't think smaller Android flagships sell well.

Because nobody makes them! Except Sony, which hardly counts anyways considering their release track record in the states.

I was thinking of doing the same thing. Getting it, and getting rid of my tablet. I definitely will be going in store to play with one before deciding, because it is a very big phone.

I'm using Chrome in my phone. I picked the 1+ to compare it to and then the nexus disappeared....

I wonder if it's possibly b/c you're on your phone and this is trying to give you lifesize comparisons. Like, I literally took my Moto X and put it on the screen and it was identical in size. Due to the 6 being bigger than your phone, that'd be my guess. Attempt it from a PC or laptop.

Haha, unfortunately I can't, but I'll take your word that the body is bigger.

I'm currently using the HTC Desire 816. Using the PhoneArena comparison page I see that the Nexus 6 , HTC Desire 816, and the IPhone 6 Plus are basically the same size. Give or take a few mm here and there. The N6 has a 6" screen where as the Iphone and Desire 816 have 5.5" screens.
I have no problems carrying and using the 816 so I should have no problems with the N6.

The N6 is 3 mm taller, about 4 mm wider, and 2 mm thicker then the Desire 816.

I'd also like to add that if you calibrate the screen with a phone or credit card it really does work. I compared other phones that I have on hand and after a one time calibration they all showed on screen as the exact size they actually are.

I'm deciding on this phone too but I'm also one of the ones worried about the size. It's a good idea if I was going to replace my tablet but I just picked up the Nvidia shield.. I think I might stay 5. 2 mayyybeee 5. 5 range six too big for me

Note 4
153.5 mm X 78.6 mm, 8.5 mm deep

Nexus 6
159.26 mm X 82.98 mm, 10.06 mm deep

Bigger than the Note 4 in every way. No matter how you look at it, it is a big phone!

The Moto X is the maximum size I want for a phone. Actually it's a smidgen bigger than I like. Thus, the Nexus 6 is an automatic no go. If the Nexus 6 was smaller I would have given it serious consideration.

This is true. I saw the dimensions on the play store today and then checked it against my iPhone 6+ and it is a tad taller and wider but not by much. I had dismissed the Nexus 6 initially but it is back in the running! That would be quite pair!

Umm on that video the note has a bigger screen than the mock up... That's not right.
