Trolls have been getting the banhammer lately, so you may want to think twice about that statement. Just sayin'.starting to look like march 24th now
I'll play... (again). The phone wasn't delayed because it was never announced.
By that logic, the phone is NOT coming out on Verizon because... it's never been announced.
For sure. When you release a date (even if it's a month), then don't deliver -- every corporation other than VZW calls that a "delay".That was plain stupidity on Verizon's part as far as I'm concerned.

I answered, but I'll answer again. I had never seen the Spanish version; and I assume most others hadn't either. There is no good answer for it though, things slip by, stuff happens, plans change. Pretty much anyone who works in a corporate environment should be aware of this.
I work in Staples data centers and things change on an hourly basis here, that's just how it is. Not to say that it's the "right" way to do things, but that's how it happens.

I'm spanish. my parents are spanish. they have spanish tv on all the time. I hear it in the background. Not once have I seen this commercial, or even heard of it. because of my selective hearing, if I even hear the mention of the word "thunder", I pay attention. I have heard nor seen nothing. But the commercial exists, and in that one unfortunate moment that someone did see it, they messed up and showed a month. But most likely, quickly retracted. And you know what, they don't owe us an explanation. They are a massive company, and we can all say that they owe us some type of answer, which in all honesty, they do. but they wont, because no matter what, people are still gonna buy it. as elemerica stated before, the "general population" is probably clueless about this phone. they wont know about a bonic, or the revolution. they probably have no idea this phone even exists. we are not "general population". we are enthusiasts, and most of us have probably followed this phone since before CES. That being said, we could stay here and argue about something pointless, or we could wait for Bennnnn to come back and keep us entertained. or anyone else for that matter. and he might or might not be telling telling the truth, but at least he kept us entertained for a while. the phone will come out when it does. and if we get it, lovely, and if not, then we move on. because thats the way the cookie crumbles.

If you haven't already gotten into this, but want your OG to fly... This will make your phone like a brand new one...
CES VZW said (yes there reps) as soon as March... Weeks later the OFFICIAL VZW twitter clammed it was coming sooner than expected...
If thats not a official statement then I don't know what is, yeah ok its not a date and not an official PRESS release, but VZW has done there fair share of misleading.
How dare you bring logic to this thread!![]()

As far as I remember, that tweet never said "We'll see it sooner for sure." It was more like "We might possibly see it sooner than expected."
It was an open ended statement that seemingly everyone took as "It'll be out sooner than expected, kthxbye."
Many have waited for the Verizon #iPhone. Some looking for the #4G #LTE HTC #Thunderbolt. May be sooner than we expected!
Now, in lighter news, I can now happily confirm that the Thunderbolt is definitely on schedule for March 17th and I do not see any more delays in the future. Best Buy stores should be receiving shipments a day early for pre-orderers, but not to worry if you didn't; you will definitely be the proud owner of an HTC Thunderbolt in 10 days.
Hey, sorry guys, busy day at work. This iPad has definitely taken priority over a lot of our projects for the week.
