This is my 3rd Exchange At Tmobile and Still This Phone Has Flaws!!!!!

It's out, but on very few phones. 4.2 is probably the main player at the moment, or maybe even 4.1. The problems in the article may not still exist on 4.2, I don't know. But, if you think that Android is not flawed, take off the glasses.:)

Who said it wasn't? You read into things to much man... All I was saying is the iPhone (hardware.. The phone itself) had issues in the past. I only said it because they said the iPhone is always perfect. I was just showing how even a top company can have issues when producing a massive amount of phones.

From your comment of "that was in 2012. 4.3 is out", I took it as it may have been flawed in 2012, but not now. Sorry if I misunderstood.

Maybe you forgot to click the link and look at the photos. Nobody else is doubting it except for you.
iPhone 5s tordu : Le cadre du 5s aurait tendance ? se plier

Nobody else? Lol!

Uh, the screen didn't bend. It separated from the body.

If one bent in towards the screen, wouldn't the screen crack?

I can't understand why people would pay so much for any phone, and then put it in their back pocket and sit on it. Any recent phone will flex under that kind of pressure. It must not be a widespread problem, as only a few out of millions of phones have reported this issue.

yep it would crack. Not bend.

Are you really denying that the phone is bent like a banana?

Posted via Android Central App

Nope, I'm denying that the screen bent with the rest of the phone. Mostly because of the direction the phone bent. Why on earth would anyone try to deny that the phone bent, and that the screen didn't? Or think that the screen would actually bend with the rest of the phone instead of cracking?

Another Update:

I saw 2 white note 3s today one from samsung store another at tmobile and the home key button is solid must be just the black ones cause every black one i saw today at tmobile stores and a samsung store the home key button can be slightly tilted left to right so im just gonna stick with the one i have cause if i get another its gonna be the same deal or i can swap to a white one but i dont like white. So bottom line just gotta deal with it and really doubt its gonna end up coming out and i dont wanna go through adjusting all my settings etc etc on the phone again. Funny thing is even the workers at the samsung store were shocked and didnt even know that till i showed them smh.

Another Update:

Spoke to samsung today about the home key issue all they said they can do is have me send it back so they can fix it and send it back out im like hell no i need my phone thats some bullsht! Called tmobile and they said i can exchange it to the white one at any tmobile store without a $50 restocking fee so i will see what im gonna do as i only have 6 more days to decide since its 14days to exchange or return. It does make me feel a lil better considering i looked at already 10 black note 3s and they all have the issue with home key but still some bullsht but i havent looked at any from at&t yet.

Proper grammar, use it. Enough with the ranting about a stupid home button already. Oh boo hoo, is the back cover slanted 1 millimeter to the left?

If I'm looking at the ear piece down the phone from the top, it is slanted to the left almost a .001 of an inch. I checked with my caliper, and can almost get it to move and inch. Wah.

Agreed, all this aggravation over some movement in the home button, seriously, I'm looking at my black note 3 and I do agree with you, you put pressure on one end and the button moves. The button still works and hasn't fallen off. I move the phone more than 4 inches from my face and I can't tell or I take off my glasses and I can't see it anymore. There's things to get upset about and things not to in life, you have to learn which is which if you want to get out of mom's basement and finally get over the OCD. Checking the home button every 5 minutes for a slight slant is not necessary, it's still there.

To your defense, I did notice my new Microsoft mouse had a button that is .5mm slanted when I look carefully with one eye closed and the light from the sun coming through the window at sunset. THEY WILL HEAR ME ROAR!

By the way here is a video of what us note 3 owners are talking about the home key feeling loose or wiggly watch in hd= Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Loose Wiggly Home Button Verizon AT&T T-Mobile Unboxed - YouTube

OMG!!! This is such a HUGE PROBLEM! Does Samsung really think they can get away with this/!??!?! Quick... somebody get some Lawyers... we need to start a class action lawsuit to compensate all of us for the travesty we have to go thru due to Samsung's NEGLIGENCE!!!!

Quickly! Maybe we can get Apple to help us shut down Samsung for being such HORRIBLE IGNORANT MONSTERS! The home button is a safety hazard! THINK OF THE CHILDREN!

People who are so OCD about these things need therapy

I just received a replacement Note 3 from Tmobile (for non-functioning proximity sensor) and the slightly loose fit for the home button is identical between both phones. Personally I consider this to be a non issue. The home button functions as intended on both phones without issue.

Were the home button to get stuck under the edge of the surrounding glass as it did for another Android Central user then I would then definitely consider the buttons fit to be an issue. Thus far I've not had this happen so I have nothing to be concerned about.

For my part it's a button on my phone and it works. Nothing more to say on the matter.

Well, I finally got my Note 3 from Tmobile, and at one time I was on the verge of returning it because of the Wifi issue. Two made me not send it back. First, when I call and told them I had a problem to return but keep the back and the battery. I told them I wanted a brand new unit. They told me the ONLY way I could a brand new replacement was to return the one I have for a full refund, then repurchase it again. Becasue they will not send me a NEW phone as a replacement. For the price of this baby, and still bing my return window, no way I was going to settle for that. Seems luck was on my side. I kept my Note 3 since I had unlimted, and I took my Note 3 off Wifi and no issues. Now, Samsung has released and update, and fixed the Wifi issue, and I kept my brand new Note 3.. :D

I agree with the op, when paying that much for a phone you have a right to expect perfection. If everybody brought back the phone because of the imperfections Samsung might tighten up their quality control.
Yeah right..... and they would probably start charging one thousand per phone and then the nagging is going to be about the price. We all more or less paid the same price and most of us are not bi***g about the minor imperfections.
