You obviously have not used att's laptop card compared to a verizon LTE data card........

att says 4g which is horse ****.... good luck getting .5meg - peak in middle of the night 4meg.....

verizon was 10meg-25meg with peaks of 31meg.....

Stop me before I buy a Verizon Iphone4

Guys, I have a phone upgrade due and here are the issues

Now using a Verizon BB Curve: old and worn out
I have a corporate exchange server and really like the way BB handles Outlook synch
The wife just got the Verizon Iphone on my family plan after dropping her ATT&T Iphone 3 in the toliet
I really love Itunes for podcasts

Q: Will the Thunderbolt be subsidized if I resign up with Verizon
Can I synch to outlook without having to have a decktop computer running google synch all the time

I kept my appointment at BBY this morning as I had not received any communication canceling it. As expected, they didn't have the phone in. After a few phone calls, I was told it MAY be in toward the end of this week, or toward the end of the month.

So just for kicks and giggles I stopped at the VZW store in the same shopping center, the very friendly staff there told me that had so far been told March, then Feb 13, then Feb 16, then Feb 24. At this point they aren't giving out dates anymore, just taking numbers and offering to call when it finally shows up.

And so the wait continues...,

OMG I never heard of such a f....d up product launch....but I never was with Verizon so maybe it is symptomatic for them? And the TB will be the first phone that has to be announced on two shows? The CES and the MWC? LMAO Dilettantes!

I have been through many launches for phones, videogames and systems. NEVER BEFORE have I been part of one with so much bs, little info and delays. Its getting quiiiiiite old and I am about to give up on it. Been waiting since November, not sure how much longer I am going to wait The sad part is I am 100% positive this is all going on due to the iphone. Too much info has been given concerning that being the case to me not to believe it, plus its pretty obvious. Verizon needs to get their act together. If it wasnt for being locked into a family plan with 3 others I would probably switch to sprint or tmobile.

Its a shame that Verizon pays so much attention to a almost year old iphone 4 then the first LTE phone in their lineup.

Agreed. I have seen a decent amount of people already give up on it. I am trying to be as patient as possible, but my patience is wearing thin. Whats SOOOO hard about a simple release date? I REALLLLLY dont get it lol.

Well I think today was the planned release date, so its possible they may have set all of this up when they set the date, but who knows.. Hopefully it's no later than the 24th.

That is possible but since it was delayed a week ago, I would think that they would have had time to pull them or delay them if an announcement wasn't soon.

They could have pulled the web ads in a heartbeat. They could have pulled the TV ads in a heartbeat. The ads went out today, intentionally.
