I sent mine out today. I recorded a 3 minute video, detailing how mint of condition my ZF3 was in just prior to boxing.

I also demonstrated the charging port was working fine, the phone was factory reset and the sim had been removed. I added, "so don't even try me," several times during the video

FedEx told me weather issues in Texas on my last delay to Texas when it sat there for a couple days. The weather for all those days were in the 70's, sunny and clear. It's fedex, they can screw up why anything

For those of you following the tracking of your trade-in device back to HylaMobile, it always gets delayed a day at the Hutchings, TX facility due to a "weather delay". The tablets I've sent back this year, and now this phone, have all followed the same path.

Yes! My trade in was right on track to get delivered today and then poof, was changed to tomorrow afternoon instead.
