As with everyone else sent my trade in and videod the whole process for well...just in case.

Got the email that they received my trade in and it could take 14 days to process. Then got another email reminding me to send in myntrade in just now received an email that bis was all completed!

Exact same here. I'm aal done!!

Mine got rejected and it was 100% perfect they sent a picture of the back and I am sure that is not my phone
So just like last year the nightmare hits again

Sorry it's happening again to you. When that happened to me last year. I was able to contact e commerce explain I had photo and video my phone was perfect. He looked at their video when my phone was evaluated said the email was wrong. My trade in was fine. I got an email shortly after saying my trade in was accepted

Yes , it all sorted out. They reversed the rejection.
