Oh.my.gaaawd I traded in 2 phones the past two years back to my carrier ATT. First time they said it was damaged and was charging me my balance of $800 something though it too was flawless. I argued with them and after some research on their end, credited me back.Wow. That's great to know. I wonder if this is standard practice with other places that recieve trade-ins, like phone carriers.
Recently I had to return another cell back and this time they said they never received it and was charging me $1k. I argued with them again and after numerous long phone calls i received a credit.
I'll never, ever want to go thru that again. Cool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice ummm spank me, fool me three oh you get it haaaa
