This is making me feel stupid because I'm sure the answer is simple..but how in the hell do I connect ny Bluetooth in ICS? The settings have changed and now Wireless & Networks is expanded in settings with no BT settings. Someone point me in the right direction please.

No, this UI is moronic!

I had been trying to figure this out all day! Here's the deal (for folks like me, who took forever to figure it out):
If you tap the gear icon next to "additional settings" in the "quick settings" menu, you can click on "Bluetooth" to change the settings.

It's ridiculous to have it look nearly identical to the "quick settings" Bluetooth control, but have different behavior. UI design has really been going down the toilet these past few years (I like to blame apple).

Most people just use the "Quick Settings" menu to toggle stuff off and on... for actually changing settings the preferred method is Menu-Settings from the home screen. Personally I like the ICS UI much better than the old one, it is generally easier to find things once you get used to it.
