Update; Moto X experiencing "Unfortunately, Exchange Services has Stopped" Error Message;
About to receive 3rd Moto X replacement from Verizon, per "approval" from Motorola. "Tech Level 3" rep at Motorola let me know on the "QT", that Google and Motorola software engineers have struggled and cannot find a solution but the official statement is "it's coming". In the meantime, it's Groundhog Day every five to six weeks: Get a new Moto X, the error starts to appear infrequently after several weeks, then ramps up within several days to appear every four to six key strokes, not allowing use of open app, regardless the app being used until hitting "ok" juuuust right, so not to mess up where you are in the app. regardless whether using...e mail, phone, text, search, everything!
Verizon will not take responsibility, pushes issue to Motorola who will not approve different Droid (e.g. offered to accept a DroidMAXX/other replacement). Verizon attempted numerous times to get me to use my wife's earned upgrade credits or "take advantage" of their monthly payment plan to secure a different phone?!!! Translated...they want me to pay for changing out this dysfunctional, non-working PDA, I'm a long term, $220+/month, multiple device customer! Neither Verizon customer service or tech reps or the Motorola Tech Reps can/will move out of their "corp speak/responses" and see the absurdity of what their asking me to do vs. taking care of the customer. Or, the issue is so potentially big, they can't afford to admit they don't have a fix and a recall would harm the Moto X brand. Is there a solution out there to this insanity?!
