Update: Received! - Still no advance notice e-mail from Verizon

Would it be improper if, should I get the phone before I get a notification e-mail from Verizon that it's out, to file a complaint since the signup page on their "Thunder Tracker" page (Verizon Wireless) clearly states: "Enter your e-mail address and know before it hits."

Of course, I'll wait until I get the phone first. Have to have the phone.

I signed up for Bolt/LTE email notices too and nothing. However, I recieved plenty of pre-release emails for the iPhone from VZW & Apple. I guess Apple doesn't let Verizon slack off on their devices.

Mee too. I wonder if Verizon collected peoples emails who were interested in the TB just to try and sway them over to the iPhone first!

At 7:34 AM, I received an e-mail from Verizon saying that the ThunderBolt is "now available". 4 hours, 34 minutes after online sales began. 86 minutes before the stores open. Thanks for the heads up, Verizon! I want to send them a "Cool story, bro".
