UPDATE THE LINK IS LIVE 6/20 *** Sprint Premier Customers Can Buy Evo 3D NOW !!!

Yeah you prob do have to be to log in to the SP Customer forum... but if it is true about the link the link to the item itself you find in the SP forum could work. So people please share it!!!! Thanks

Ok people its Christmas Eve early purchase eve ... Anyone have any new scoops of info please share ... I'm anticipating much talk and possibly leaks today ... What say you? ;)

Ok, I preordered on wirefly. Now, if I want to do the early order because "I'm just so excited I don't mind blowing the 50-60 bucks in savings" will it show up as an already used early order?

Also, first post! coming from a Pre, which definitely did not become the mobile platform I expected. Oh well.

I havent pre-ordered as I always wanted to order it on the 21st :) In hindsight may be not the smartest thing to do but what ever.

Cant wait for this sucker :)

The people on the SP forum appear to be willing to take a gamble, since (as one of them put it) there is no guarantee that the phone will really get to everyone on 6/22. Nonetheless, there seems like there will be a link posted.

good then please share it! I KNOW IT MAY NOT WORK but it is worth trying!

Ok now I am really confused. I am a Sprint Premier Gold customer and I wanted clarification as to how the First to Buy Occasion thing works so I contacted customer support through chat. The chat person didn't know what I was talking about at first, but then said I could get the phone on the 21st. The chat person said I could order it online or go into a store. This sounded too good to be true so I decided to call my local Sprint store which is also a repair center. The guy that answered said they don't do that. That I could preorder the phone and pick it up on the 24th. I said then there isn't much benefit to being a gold customer since I could preorder from BB, RS, or even Wirefly at a much better price than through any Sprint official channels. He didn't respond so I hung up. I then called the toll free sprint number and was initially told I could preorder and that it was first to buy because if I do the $50 card at a Sprint store I was guaranteed a phone ahead of anyone who walked in on the 24th and didn't preorder and that was a first to buy. I questioned his logic, then he took a seconded and found a link that explained what first to buy was and said it would be available on the 21st for Gold customers, but you would have to do it online and should get an email, but if no email I should log into my account early tomorrow and click the Sprint Premier Rewards link.
Ok rant over, but now I think I should have just preordered through wirefly at the $149 price. Membership lacks any real privledges at Sprint evidently.

Does this mean I will be able to use the switch carriers promotion on the 21st to add another phone to our account and get an extra $175 off?

It's $125 and they extended it into mid/end of July, I was told at my local Sprint Corporate Store on sunday.

GOLD and silver customers

EVO-LUTION 3D

Greetings all!! Pre user here about too swith to Android. So if Im a gold customer, its just 199.99 no rebate required is it instant?

If you order on the 21st does the 30 day window start on day of the order or the day you receive it?

I don't think it matters. I've learned that if you ask nicely, Sprint can make all your dreams come true.*

*Results may vary

Instant Credit ... No mail in rebate crap

Thanks for the reply.
Im hoping that i can convince them to give me 150 rebate for a second Evo 3D looks like gold memers only allowed 150 off 1 line on a family plans the other lines only 75 off, hoping they can aprove 150 so my wife wont cry when my shiny EVo 3D comes in....

If you order on the 21st does the 30 day window start on day of the order or the day you receive it?

It totally depends on your Sprint status:

Sprint 30-day Return and Exchange Policy

For new customers and customers adding new lines of service it's from the time of actual activation. ( but there is a policy on the time you have for activating a new phone )

You will have 30 days, If for any reason you?re not happy and want to cancel service, just call us to deactivate and return to the original place of purchase to return your undamaged phone or mobile broadband card.

For existing customers upgrading devices; new customers wanting to exchange devices and accessory purchases, its from the time of purchase since the device is already activated.

Simply return or exchange your device or accessory (in its original condition) within 30 days with the original receipt

UPDATE 6/20 7pm pst

Deborah, a Sprint Premier Customer Rep in the Sprint Premier Forum Says:
So, here's my plan on the Evo 3D FTB. The link to the online shop is going to be tested around midnight eastern. Once the systems people determine the link is working -- and once it updates all servers -- they will send the link to me. If all goes well, it's possible I could have it by as early as midnight central time that I could post it here on the Community. My thought is the earlier we get started submitting orders, the closer we are to the front of the line for order processing/shipping tomorrow..
I know some of you probably have early mornings -- like me -- and will be unhappy if you stay up to midnight central and then find that there was an issue with the link that prevented me from posting it right away. So, if you choose to stay up, please don't beat me up if I can't get the link to work by then But, this thread has grown near and dear to my heart, so I thought I would at least give you a heads up that I may be posting the link sooner than 8 a.m. If I can't post by 12:30 a.m. central, I'll post a note with the status update.
