Cool. And the CM6 for the Incredible should be more or less the same user experience for the Incredible?
Humm well it could have been a fluke. Next time it does it, if it does it, uninstall Handcent and reinstall it from the market. Other than that I got no clue lol.
Ok,
After you've unrevoked and unrevoked forever.. Is it necessary to leave the "special" android drivers on the computer.. or can they be removed?
Sorry to be a newb about all this, but lets say I successfully ran unrevoked 3.2 on my stock 2.2 froyo inc and made a nandroid backup. Is there any need at this point to run unrevoked forever?

Bump
5 days and no response, eh? Maybe its cause its in a sticky, but I honestly don't believe that....
This didn't help at all.
I guess I should phrase the question differently. What is the difference between unrevoked 3.2.1 (or whatever the latest version is) and unrevoked forever.
I know I have s-off, at least I've seen it on my phone. But I have not run unrevoked forever.
From the wiki page, first line:
unrevoked forever is a tool to set your Android phone's security level to S-OFF.
The key word here being "tool". Just like Unrevoked 3.21 is a "tool" to root your device, forever is a separate "tool" to achieve s-off.
If you have s-off already then you dont need to use unrevoked forever.
Look, I'm not tyring to get into a war of words or a I'm right, your wrong type of thing here. I simply just wondered what the difference is between unrevoked 3.2.1 and unrevoked forever.
I understand forever is a tool to achieve s-off. I understand that 3.2.1 is a tool used to root...this is how I rooted. From this I can only gather 2 assumptions....3.2.1 is also a tool used to achieve s-off and/or forever is a tool used to achieve s-off without rooting?
The last part makes no sense to me as I thought rooting and s-off kind of went hand in hand or that you could root with 3.2.1 and not have s-off.
Do you see my confusion here? I'm ok if you don't know the correct answer and at the very least I appreciate the response.I'm just trying to figure it out. Its apparant from some posts by others here too that I am not the only one that is interested in this.
