I ordered on June 29th as well so I am a happy little nerd. I can't wait to have my Nexus 7 so I can watch 20 mins of Transformers 3 before I delete it...I hate the Transformers series
Apparently according to PCMagazine.com
Pre-orders place on, or before June 29th will get the first wave of devices
They report that the devices are in the warehouse ready to ship to us early pre-orderers. I expect a late Friday, Saturday or a Monday shipping and it should arrive by Wednesday.
Waaaaaa!!!! I ordered on 30 June @ 9:22![]()
Leaving for vacation on the 14th too... Double Waaaaaa!!!

Yeah if you have AMEX just call them. I got really worried when I said "Google" and they mentioned the $31 (for the case) and I was like..."so there's no $278 charge there?" Be rest assured, everything is good.
Now if only they could post charges a bit quicker...
Ok this is different... I ordered on the 29th, and just right now I get some new progress on my credit card statement. I see an order from Google, for the exact amount I paid for the tablet ($285.12), but right next to it, it also says ROVIO (as in the Angry Birds developer) and it is counted as being credited, not charged, to my account. So strange.
pre ordered on June 28th... To bad I will be gone all next week on a business trip.

Thing might be a little off topic, but do you guys know if Google is selling any of these devices at their headquarters in California? I happen to be going to Los Angeles for my vacation. If the N7 doesn't arrive in time, I was just wondering if I could just purchase one from Google in person.
Even if you could, the Googleplex is in Mountain View, CA which is about 300 miles north of Los Angeles in the South SF bay area.
Google Inc
340 Main Street, Los Angeles, CA 90291
It seems like they have a building right about where I'll be. It's only 40 minutes away. Dunno if they sell N7s there however.
I kind of doubt that you will be able to make purchases at that location.
Use Google Maps, input the address. Use satellite, shows a parking lot with a cafe and another building that could be Google, Inc. but doesn't look like retailer to me.
