UPS-SCS is cranking these orders out! I am not worried about them being able to get these out quickly. The breakdown is with Google's systems. It looks like UPS finally has the info they need to process the orders.
US release date could be July 12th!

Can we assume that since people who ordered in July are receiving My Choice emails (and thus shipping to arrive on Monday), those of us who ordered in June can expect a Monday delivery as well, even if we haven't received a Google or My Choice email yet?
Yes, if you ordered in June I am sure it has shipped out. If you are getting delivery on Monday then you will get an email from My Choice on Sunday.
Make sure you are signed up for My Choice, not just My UPS. If they asked you for your SSN and a bunch or personal questions then you have My Choice. If they only asked for your name and address then you dont have My Choice.
My pending charges dissapeared this AM from my credit card... hopefully good news. As far as UPS tracking, if the tracking number shows "out for delivery" in your destination city you will get it today. If it shows "in transit" or in some other city, you will get it Monday.
This is how Google is making me feel, I made this in Photoshop cause I am getting bored watching nothing happen in my inbox.
Still no emails. I don't mean to whine, but it is BIZARRE how July people are getting their emails and June people are still in the dark.
Will you people stop with the pending charges thing? STOP. STOP. That doesn't mean anything except that Google didn't collect the funds because they were pre-auth charges. Either your bank doesn't drop them off as soon as other people's or you ordered later than much of us. Either way
I am still seeing no real evidence that ANYTHING has shipped out. The fact that so few are claiming it leads me to believe it's either a few trolls or people that ordered the Nexus 7 case in a separate shipment so they may possibly be being sent the case before the actual Nexus 7.

I'm inclined to believe those who got My Choice emails. My choice does tell you who the shipper is, the people who got the My Choice emails did not get anything from Google. UPS only sent out the My Choice emails by mistake because of a miscalculated delivery date. It happens quite often with other shippers.

I remember being told by a CS rep for a company a while back that it's actually a U.S. law that you can't officially charge someone (or at least process the hold placed on a card) until a product has shipped. Even if that's not entirely accurate, that's how it always seems to work for me. Every game I have preordered on Amazon charges when it ships, etc.

I think that there is a lot of BS going on in the net forums about this....if I were to claim to have a email or number I certainly would post more than a possible photoshop ss...but kids have a lot of time with summer vacation. Bet these "emials" produce no solid proof of delivered units til next week. IDK why they just will not update us with information, makes you wonder if something is wrong.
Mmm not sure about that. On Amazon and eBay I ger charged as soon as I place the order. With Gootia different, they clearly stated they would charge until the product was shipped. Either way, I think we won't hear anything concrete until next week.

I've had a pending charge of the whole amount (for the 16g) since I ordered it. Nothings changed. I understand that at the beginning they had to give us a "mid July" explanation, but now it's getting rediculous being this close to the supposable shipping date. Just give us a damn date already so we can all go on about our lives accordingly. Some people "like me" need to know when to be home to receive the package. After all this waiting to get a paper on my door saying failed delivery etc. would be extremely upsetting.

I ordered June 27. This morning, in Google Play, my order has been 'touched' meaning the Nexus and case are now at the top of my orders page with an updated date of July 13. And the pre-auth is also back as of this morning. I expect to get my tablet early part of next week. I have not had any email from Google or UPS so far.

I posted a MyChoice gmail screenshot yesterday. I checked late last night as well as this morning and the delivery date changed from today to Monday. Sad times- I was hoping to play with it this weekend.

Quick question- I understand everything is conjecture and rumors at this point, but if I jumped on the bandwagon a little late and ordered on the 10th, is it reasonable to believe I should have the N7 by next Friday? I'm leaving on Monday to chaperone 45 9th graders on a 10 hour bus ride and NEED something to distract me.
