US Verizon Note 20 Ultra 512GB? Anyone have one?

So my Samsung order updated today with an expected delivery date of Sept. 22!!!!

They totally screwed me over. The phone is not available to order through Samsung at all right now, and IS available on the Verizon website. I'm screwed... I basically lost my $200 pre order bonus or I will have to wait for who knows how many weeks until they get stock.

I argued with them over chat this morning, didn't get anywhere. Gave me some bs trouble ticket and said to wait 3 days. If they expected stock levels to change within 3 days they wouldn't have pushed my date out to Sept 22. I'm so pissed....

Maybe call and ask when they expect the phones to come in? And is it really that big of a deal to wait? Better to get the one you want imo.

an extra week? Yeah, I don't mind waiting. But a month past the release date is ridiculous (just updated today with expected delivery of Sept 22). And I'm pretty sure that's a best case scenario at this point.

Heh... As a former AT&T customer (and Employee), I agree, however, some of the horror stories I have heard from Verizon customers makes me wonder if they are competing with each other.

Now, I was with old Sprint before the merger and I have never had any issues with them. They tell me something will happen at a certain date/time and it happened.

I have been with T-Mo in the past and never had issues with them either. All in all, I guess I am more of an edge-case?

Who knows. FREE PHONES and SERVICE could not bring me back to AT&T or even TRY Verizon.

LAST UPDATE :
After an extensive investigation and time wasted. Canceled order. I will no longer be in the Note 20 ultra 5g forums. For example legal reasons, I can't comment further on a public forum including PM. And (obviously) I am not allowed to share my email on AC. So I'm sorry that you have to do your own homework. It's not my choice.
