I'm looking to update my watch from the Galaxy Watch 46 mm. When I got this watch a few years ago, I remember that it had some health sensors that weren't activated on the Canadian model for I'm assuming some regulatory reasons. Does anyone know if there are any differences between the US and Canadian models? If so, I'll be in the US next month and can buy one there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It would pretty much be software. Not sure which sensors weren't active in the Canadian model, but the US still restricts the Blood Pressure sensor. There are modified versions of the Health app for your watch, however, that let you make use of the restricted sensors (they do come with some caveats when it comes to syncing/backup but it's one way to 'free' the sensors).
