USB Cables

Hi guys! I found a cable lying around my drawer and want to know if it is compatible with the phone/charger of the S4 (2.A 5V). I've used only the cable provided by Samsung and power brick since day 1 so i'm very cautious about this stufff. In the cable these are the writings.

Also. I've seen some thread saying the 10% cable resistance? Correct me if i'm wrong. Can anyone kindly explain that?

If it fits info the GS4s charging port then it should be fine
