V30 Leaked in images again (Update: Confirmation from LG)

PC would scratch like a mofo, it would look hideous. But good idea though.

I had the polycarbonate Nokia 925 and it didn't scratch at all and looked good, I liked the build of that handset for both feeling good in the hand and being durable unlike many of the fragile handsets we have now that easily scratch.

It's a great time to go into the phone case business.

My Nokia Lumia 920 dropped to the ground and slipped several meters on the hard, dirty ground of a public bus. No scratches visible besides a super tiny one on the upper edge. I was seriously impressed.

Ironically, the glass on today's smartphone is less fragile than that found on the Nokia. The Nokia was more scratch-resistant though.

The curve looks to be very minor. I hope so...

It does look a little flatter at the edges and the actual screen not curved. Width seems the same as the V20, which is good bc I didn't like the tall and skinny screens of the S8.

Not sure if this on has been posted, but next to the G6. Looks very similar to an S8 to me.

it looks like every other phone to me.. nothing jumps out at you or is unique in any way.. for me at least.
I would much rather prefer the guts of the V30 in the V10 body

Looks like to me that tempered glass screen protectors will be a no-go for me on this phone. Those slight curves at the edges will cause wicked halo-ing and/or some of those coloured 'dot matrix' would have to be used, as is the case on the S7 I have.

Size comparisons

Do folks appreciate the actual surface size of a 6" 18x9 display actually is near same as a 5.5" 16x9? Not apples to apples (perhaps bad choice of fruit) anymore touting vertical size. The surface size of a 6" 18x9 is smaller than the 16x9 V20. IMO the display ratio sucks, but again JMO. I got the 8+ since closest to the 5.7" 16x9 Pre Note 8 Notes.
