Were you notified of an apparent $135 dollar return fee for the Rezound due to the inclusion of Beats?

just went into best buy mobile today and asked for information on the galaxy nexus for verizon. guess verizon is going to keep the nexus prime name! it will be available sometime in december for 299 w/ 2 yr agreement. i have the flyer in hand that will be released dec 1. if i can post pictures up here i will post a pic of this very soon.

Or its a pre printed flyer that's never going to get used. I guess we'll find out in a few weeks though. That's the most solid rumor there's been since anyone first heard of the Nexus.

I don't like the !@#$# $799 off contract price that is listed. If that turns out to be true...YOW may be dealbreaker for me.

Please, by all means everybody needs to calm down and be way more patient. I am just happy we are getting the Nexus period. It will be releaesed when Verizon thinks it is ready, not when the people of Android Central think its fine how it is,which it is in my opinion.

this is not edited. i just took the photo with my cannon rebel of the flyer from best buy mobile. the rep however had no clue as to the actual release date. she said she thought that the rumor of dec. 8th sounded pretty realistic. everybody already knew the phone was going to be 800 w/o contract. look at the price in europe.

I second the vote of calmness, but can't say that without saying the phone is ready. We shouldn't be all up in arms with each other, but it is unfortunate that VZW is holding it back to boost sales for the RAZR and Rezound.
