Verizon Galaxy Nexus (Prime) Waiting Room

On a different note than the current topic....

Anybody notice that the SGSII models getting "beefed up" look remarkably like the prime? sans that beautiful screen of course....

Maybe verizon took the galaxy name off in order to be the first to the prime, just my observation.....

I'm not sure I understand what you're saying, or I missed something. Since when do we know what the Prime looks like?

Or maybe I shouldn't. Not looking for e-fame or need your vote to be alpha dog. True insiders hit the tip button on the upper right. They don't tweet riddles. This here is why we keep info locked down tight. Enjoy the crumbs they drop you. Butchered leaks that take you to their site and ask for donations on leaked software.

You are entitled to your opinion, but many here don't eat crumbs, or buy butchered leaks. P3Droid is the man, and just because he nvram hacks responsible, you can't discount what he says unless you have PROOF? Well, spill that meat butcher.

As a T-mobile customer i really hope VZW also gets the prime. I'm really pulling for a simultaneous launch on all 4 carriers but there is no way in hell it's going to VZW before it goes to T-mobile/At&T
According to P3Droid's latest tweet, it seems VZW will be the first to get it. But there is. GSM variant. So I'm going to assume right off the bat Verizon will get it and maybe Tmobile. Probably some time later, an AT&T LTE variant and a Sprint WiMax (or LTE) variant.
Regardless of the value of his leaks, its hard to imagine Verizon getting the phone first, especially with the extra difficulties that 4G LTE phones have faced in the testing phases.

Thanks, Robrecht

Incredibly reputable? Seriously. This is the dude that was telling people to unroot cause the newest software would tell verizon that you had root and your contract would be void. xD LOL. I'm done.
P.S. Wasn't gonna go there but you took it there.

You are absolutely right that he is not reputable other than his contributions, as 2 key rumors he started turned out to be completely false and that should definitely hurt your reputation. However, that doesn't mean he's wrong in this situation as his sources seem to typically be factual...he just tends to interpret that information incorrectly.

If Sammy goes with the same styling as the GSII US model for this IMO i like the TMO Hercules Style. It has the nice curved edges...Although I do wish they would have kept the same styling for all the carriers.

Yea, the Hercules does look nice. Reminds me of the Nexus S.

P3droid, whom had the firmware, already stated that GT-I9250 was not the Prime's model number.

Well he didn't say specifically that the GT-I9250 wasn't the Nexus Prime, but that the current model numbers being associated with the Nexus Prime were incorrect, so yes he was probably referring to the GT-I9250.

If it's true that the GT-I9250 is 480 x 800 then obviously it is NOT the Nexus Prime, nobody freak out. This is definitely frustrating though that we have to find the model number all over again.

Maybe the GT-I9250 is the Galaxy S II. If this comes to the US it would likely be on Verizon, but I'm not sure where that leaves the Prime or vice versa. All we have is speculation and rumor at this time.

Isn't that what I said? That model number is not the Prime's.
