I figured out why my status was stuck on processing with my Note 8 order. Apparently the rep that placed my order yesterday entered the three digit code on the back of my credit card wrong so my order was on hold. Its weird that I got a receipt from them yesterday even though the card didn't go through. I ended up giving them my card info again today and this time all is good. Kinda weird it took me calling them to figure it out instead of them contacting me. I would have been pretty mad if this issue wasn't discovered until the day it was supposed to be delivered and I didn't get it!
Keep your eye out on your order status, if it seems "stuck" give them a call!
So what does the order say now that you called? Mine has been at processing since I ordered on 8/24.
