Verizon Galaxy S4: Bluetooth, paired, but not connected.

Re: Bluetooth, paired, but not connected.

THIS WORKS GREAT, referring to NHLou post!! Have a 2012 Subaru Forester and a Samsung Galaxy 4 that I had paired perfectly, no problems, once I figured it out. 8 months later, phone broke, got new Galaxy 4 phone, and could not figure out/remeber the "trick" that allowed the two to stay paired; until I read this post. The steps were very slightly different for my vehicle but the KEY is doing it through the steering wheel. Now I can turn my car off, and when I turn it on again it automatically pairs.

Thanks so much, NHLou, I've been searching for a solution to this problem with my LG G2 android phone not auto connecting with my 2012 Subaru Impreza. Such a frustrating problem.

OMG I've spent hours on this including running it in safe mode, uninstalling all my 3rd party apps and doing a soft reset.....and this is all I had to do :'( Thank you!!!

Re: Bluetooth, paired, but not connected.

Thank you so much!! I've struggled with this since I got my new G5 in May.... I can't wait to get off work and try it. I've called Samsung, Verizon and Subaru, and no one was able to point me in the right direction, until NOW!!!
