I went to the local Verizon store because I had no internet connection at all. The guy told me it was my fault for trying turn off the 4g radio and the only way to fix it was a hard reset. When that didn't work he had to order Me a replacement. Refurbished not new because I'm past my 15 days. Got service back about 2am this morning.

I saw 3G about 9pm CST in the Twin Cities... then woke up to LTE at about 4:30am this morning... sounds like it was almost a full 24 hours for an outage...

NOT GOOD VZW!!!

Mine now says 4G, but the upstream arrow is constantly highlighted and the internet doesn't work at all. What a tease!!!

My LTE is now up as of about 3:50 am in City of Industry, Cali. GPS still not getting a fix, damn!

First, go outside... second, if it doesn't pick it up in a minute or two try rebooting your device.
