Her: 4g Outage Nationwide for our 4g service. "Dont switch back to the 3g service since it could possibly mess up your service more"
Me: So exactly what do I do with the ****ey 1x service I'm having currently? Like my emails are coming late and network is down. Then I have to press 9 buttons just to talk to a tech agent at Verizon. I know this isn't your problem.. but it is since they pay you through me. So.. I need some answers. No, I won't threaten to switch service providers.. but just know I'm pissed.
Her: Well sir...
Me: You're not going to read those "respond to that by saying this" cheatsheet quotes right? Can I be credited to my bill, sent a dual wall/car charger, or.. can you just flip the 4g switch on yourself?
Her: *laughs* I wish, my Thunderbolt has been on 1x personally, sir. $15 courtesy credit applied to your account, and showed for your next billing. I dont know a time or date when it will be resolved, and I do appreciate your patience.
Me: See.. that's sweet of you. Now, if only you could credit yourself....
