Verizon note 4 on lollipop blinking 4glte on wifi

Why does my note 4 after lollipop now blink 4glte while I'm connected to wifi does that mean I'm using both wifi and data, I have download booster turned off in the settings so that's not the issue. I'm just worried it's finally kill my data and give me overage charges

Welcome to Android Central!

Try toggling your airplane mode on and then wait a minute or two and then turn it off. See if that fixes it, if not try booting in to recovery and clearing your partition cache.

I did a factory reset with the update so the cache can't be the issue does anyone else see the 4glte sign while on wifi both liteup?
