My tracking number finally went live, too. 8/20 delivery date.

EDIT: Was talking to a Verizon rep yesterday because of some other problems with my order. She said the reason the tracking number was not live yet was possibly because they didn't want thieves to know when these valuable new phones might be on a truck they could then rob. I didn't laugh out loud at her, but I wanted to.

Still waiting on my end. FedEx shows nothing when i put the tracking number the csr gave me. Order status says shipped 8-15. Im trading in my LG v40 (rip) does anyone know if i can just drop it off at a Verizon store or do i have to ship it with the return box
