Video issues on some sites, can't run Freedi or Xfinity TV?

I have updated to FH13, but ever since I did that can't get Freedi to view video in HD mode and can't get Xfinity to play. I keep getting a WiFi quality is not good enough, run Speedtest and get 22.91 Mbps download and 6.23Mbps upload and 15ms Ping. I can watch video on YouTube, but not Freedi, really strange. Can get HD video on other sites, is there something unique about these sites? Help is appreciated.
