There are already a few Power Cases for the Nexus 5.

This is the ZeroLemon LG Nexus 5 ZeroShock Rugged Black Battery Case + Removable 3500mAh Battery Pack. NOTE These N5 cases are all over Amazon but ALL of them comes without the 3500mAh Battery Pack that I have had issues finding. The ZeroLemon site says "the Zerolemon 3500mAh battery must be used with this case."

So this YouTube video shows how to install the Nexus 5 that adds the extra 3500Mah batter to the 2300 mAh battery in your Nexus 5 in series with the little U port that is shown in this video.

This is the Limefuel L28N5 Nexus 5 Battery Case with a internal 2860mAh battery that adds to your current Nexus 5 battery. Note this is the slim case than the other. Guy in video says it fits like a glove. It sells for $40 on Amazon.
