So I have insurance with Samsung Protection plus and have recieved my new note 7 so I called assurant the provider and name on my contract to update phone info, they said unable to help contact Samsung so after 1 hour on the phone with Samsung being transferred mutable times no one could help.
So I called assurant back and canceled my policy for a full refund.
So be careful your new device is not covered under the policy and I was unable to update.
You would think it would be so simple.
