Which, is absolutely ridiculous. My old BlackBerry 9000 had zero problems bouncing between connections when one or the other wasn't available. This happens to me on my Atrix whenever I leave my wifi from home or work. I don't have a data connection - the only way to resolve it that I've found is to shut down the phone and then start it back up.
Hrm. Hard to say, since I didn't have that same problem with my phone. I only had issues either staying connected to WIFI or falling back to the mobile network.
The replacement phone has shown no signs of exhibiting the same behavior, so, you might want to try swapping phones. Though, based on my experience, I'd do so in-store versus over the phone.
That certainly sucks. I haven't had any issues since receiving the replacement phone, and I'm sorry that some continue to experience them.Got the replacement and worked great till I needed to charge the phone. After the charge its back to the same crap.
bleh.
With my new phone, I no longer see the issues. The original phone was absolutely terrible with regard to not falling back to the mobile connection.Hmm the Mobile Connection not connecting is strange. Ive only had that problem with Wi-Fi. Well not entirely just it not connecting, but it not kicking in when Im not that far from the router. the WiFi distance on this phone im not extremely happy about. But thats not a deal breaker for me. I dont have mobile connection issues though. You guys might have one that has issues cause I dont think they all do this.
