Fix the 3g/4g signal strength. I've now compared signal strength of this phone to the Razr and Rezound and the GN is a consistent 16-22dBm greater than the other two mentioned.

You got to remember that the bars mean different things, especially if they are different manufactures. But yes, I would expect this to be a part of incremental updates.

i'd like to see them speed up the lag from vertical to landscape mode very slightly. Volume is a must and I'm not having huge problems with the radio but it is there and would like a change. Keyboard lag also. I fully expect Google to be on top of this already though

No mention of bars in there just the acutal signal difference between the phones in dbm. But signal strength and speaker volume for me

come on. when you disable it the entire space where it was remains unavailable to for other widgets - like a big clock/weather widget for instance. dumb.

Nova Launcher can be DL'd and run as a apk.....no need to root. Works well.

Notification pop ups have never been a native part of stock Android.

quicker response in portrait/landscape
faster camera focus
ability to view home pages in landscape. when phone is in car dock it's difficult while driving.

LED color/duration/frequency control for your notifications other than on and off. 3rd party apps can do it, and it really should be built in.

Screen battery drain to be reduced. There really is not a reason for it to take up as much juice as it does. Especially when the brightness is turned down nearly all the way.

These for me as well, except the icons, im ok with those.

email sync schedule; don't want to hear incoming emails at 3am.
ability to change or edit the ip address and dns server for wifi connection
fix the 4g signal, phone is dropping to 3g to often and sometimes no signal at all!
