Just because the Nexus 7 is a low priced tablet doesn't necessarily mean Google has to hold back on the Nexus 10. I don't think it needs to be a $300 10 inch tablet to be successful. They already have the Nexus 7 available for the budget conscious. Now the 10 inch version should be Google's chance to provide a higher end Nexus experience.
And the last couple of Nexus devices have been a bit ahead of the curve when it comes to display resolution. And hopefully that trend continues with the Nexus 10 being 1920x1200.
No micro SD is expected. It's a Nexus platform and Google wants to push us towards it's online services. And since the price has been pretty good, I can forgive this. I'm hoping for a 32GB capacity, but won't be surprised if that doesn't happen.
As for processor, I'd be shocked if it wasn't a Tegra 3. But I do hope they go with a higher end T33.
Price around $400 to $500. Like I started with, I don't really want this to be a value tablet like the Nexus 7, I would like to see this be a bit more premium with better SoC, maybe some Gorilla Glass 2, Super IPS+ or something, etc.
Oh and the design should be like the Nexus 7. I think it's a great design. ASUS seems to obsessed with making their own tablets super thin, and I think the Transfomer Infinity with it's mix of aluminum and plastic on the back is ugly and tacky looking. I'd much rather have a slighty thicker tablet with a plastic back with rubberized texture like the Nexus 7 has. And I love the edges are not too tapered so sharply like the iPad 2/3 and Transformer Prime/Infinity tablets, it rests more comfortably in the hand too.
