So we have seen the cameras in action, S6 wins, we have seen the screen technology, Samsung wins, we see the Memory which is a tie for internal and Samsung wins for application RAM and no matter what iphone users say (I have a 6Plus) its not real multi-tasking and not as fluid as they claim and a bigger battery with rapid charging so Samsung wins. Oh, and ONE MORE THING, Samsung WINS with OIS where Apple doesn't unless you buy the 6 Plus.
And as mentioned above latest DDR4 RAM which is faster, so Samsung wins.
