I called Google tonight about the glass separation on mine and they said they would contact me via email within 48 hours about returning my device.
Anybody else experience this?
Yup, I called on Tuesday night. They emailed me the RMA process email, credited my account for 1 device, and a UPS label email on Wednesday night. I ordered my new one ASAP and it's arriving Friday.
QQ'd on Tuesday and have a new one by Friday, not too shabby.
So you i'll have to order a new one? I figured they would send me a replacement...
